A few weeks back (sorry it has taken so long to post this) we had a wonderful time meeting several new families from around the Maritimes - each having adopted a child (or more) from Africa. This group meets every year, and it wasn't that long ago that it was only 3 families with 3 kids. Now it's almost a new nation!
Most of the children were from Ethiopia and only Epimaque and Maliah were from Rwanda, but we know some families that are trying to adopt from Rwanda so maybe next year they can help bolster the Rwandan contingent!
And all topped off with an incredible Ethiopian supper. mmmmm.....
Hopefully this time next year we will be there with you all:) We will be able to add a few more little Rwandan faces to the video between the families who are in the process now! Next year it can be a Rwandan dinner ha ha.
